EXCHANGE, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Alphatainment Aesthetics, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org our helpful team will help you deal with your exchange or cancel order.
- Any goods purchased from our website or from application can be exchanged via following steps.
- Send goods back to us (at our address) through any reliable courier at your own expense, the product should reach our office within 10 days along with a copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to the customer from the date of delivery. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
- If the product is found in proper condition (accessories, labels, packing, barcode, tags are not tampered, removed, finishing of fabric is not exhausted & product is in good neat condition) then we will send you a credit note of full paid amount (incl. Of all taxes) of that product, which credit note can be utilised by you in next order as a payment option, if the product is not found in proper condition (decision of our inspection team will be final & you agree to accept the decision.) product cannot be exchanged & will send to you back, delivery charges will be payable by you. Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
- For the 10 Days exchange policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then we will only send the credit note of the discounted price as per the invoice.
- If the product is sent back to us without our consent, exchange will not be accepted.
- We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:
- Defective product received – Only product image required.
- Wrong product received – Both product & Tag image required.
- Wrong size received – Both product & Tag image required.
- Unhappy with colour, i.e. Faded/Blurred – Only product image required.
- Product different from website/doesn’t look the same – Only product image required.
- Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.
NO REFUNDS and REPLACEMENTS would be entertained for International shipments.
- We don’t have any return policy i.e. you cannot return the product asking payment refund.
You can cancel your order until the product is not despatched, once product is despatched no cancellation is permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: That there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be at your own expense. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.

Q- In how many days can I return the product? What are the conditions?
- We have a 10 days exchange policy from the date of delivery. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it if you do not like it. Any used products will not be taken back.
Q- How do I return a product? What is the process?
- You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will help you with the procedure to get the items back to us. Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website/mobile site and mobile App. It takes 7- 15 business days to complete the process of exchange. Also, the exchange will be done only once. After that no exchange can be done
Q- When are exchanges not possible?
- There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchange:
– Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
– Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
– Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
Q- Can I exchange part of my order?
- Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
Q- Is Shipping charge returned?
- Shipping charge in any case is non-refundable.
Q- Can I get a cash refund for my order?
- No. we issue store credit which can be used for any future purchases. Cash refund is only given if the product received is damaged
Q- Can I cancel the order after I order?
- Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of your order. We normally ship in stock items the same day. Hence, please inform us as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.
